In a recent move Proficient dropped and destroyed our dining table. They subsequently denied any liability and refused any redress. They have accepted no responsibility.
If moving the furniture safely and in one piece isn’t their job, what is?? While the removalists were pleasant the management denial of responsibility is hugely disappointing.
Strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Great communication & service from the start. I enquired online about my move & Ruben called me and explained everything to me and sent me the details in writing. I booked in and received confirmation emails prior to the date, the drivers calling me ahead & being on time. They were professional and really fast and the service overall was super affordable. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any removals and will be using them again! Thank you ! You made a stressful period so much easier !

Fair price. Efficient and professional service. They handled our items with care, even up three flights of stairs! Just be sure they put many s down on the carpet when they’re moving a fridge or washer.

I really appreciated the work the team from Proficient Removals did to move me from Bangor to Lane Cove North. I have moved a lot in my life however I knew this move would be a challenging one for me as I downsized from a large home to an apartment. I needn’t have worried as the team proved to be so efficient and careful with everything throughout the day. There were some challenges with the lift size at the apartment but the guys were quick to problem solve for me and make sure that everything made it into my unit safely. I can only imagine how exhausted they would have been by the end of the day and yet they continued to have smiles on their faces and no complaints. I also greatly appreciated how polite and respectful they were at all times with me. I would highly recommend Proficient Removals for small and large moves.

These guys are amazing. I was moving out from a 2 bedroom townhouse so I made a booking for 2 men and a truck, they arrived on time, surveyed everything that needed to be moved then immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient and careful with my things. After moving to the new location and unloading everything we made some additional trips to pick up a sofa and some bookshelves that friends were gifting us, all done easily and without fuss. The entire move took just over 4 hours. I've gone with these guys twice before and they saved me headache and heartache every time. Worth every dollar.

The guys arrived on time and were efficient, professional and flexible. I had them moving some quite difficult items (very large pot plants). They were good humoured and a pleasure to deal with throughout. I would definitely use them again.

I am so glad I booked Proficient Movers for my move. I had heard so many scary stories about movers from everywhere that I was really not sure who to book - but when I spoke to Reuben he assured me that everything would be great- and great it was. Both the guys who came (sorry I forgot their names) were very professional and quick. I did not have to supervise them and my furniture was disassembled, delivered and assembled scratch free. I will definitely hire them whenever I move again.

The packing service provided by Phillip and David today was first rate. Not only were they super fast and efficient, but they were wonderful to work with and took utmost care with all my possessions. I was very stressed having to move at short notice, but am all sorted to move later this week and in the capable hands of Proficient Removals

First time using a removalist and I was a bit hesitant at first on how it would turn out but Proficient Removal was such an excellent choice! Fernando and Carlo made the whole process smooth and easy, with great timing as well.
Definitely would recommend and use their services again.

My moving day went so smoothly! I was hoping I’d made the right choice of removalists from only a few enquiries, and the great reviews, and I did! Despite not seeing our home due to Covid restrictions they were able to fit all our stuff in and were careful and efficient. The three guys were polite and obliging despite 8 hours of work plus one hour of traveling. Highly recommended and a great price too!

We just finished up with Robinson and Tui for our move from Epping to Smithfield. I can't speak highly enough of the guys who helped us move. They were absolutely fantastic and so friendly. They did your company extremely proud. They took great care with our stuff and were very efficient. They completed the job in less time than I thought, and definitely didn't cut any corners. They were also covid safe the entire time.

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Great communication, clear quotes and two jobs booked in, to pack one day and move the next. Our move dates changed and Ruben swiftly changed the bookings which kept stress levels low! The teams that came to pack and subsequently move us were fantastic. On time, efficient and polite. On move day the guys worked very hard and after a long day still asked us if there was anything else they could help with. Great service. Would highly recommend and we would use them again.

The guys, Adam and Freddy were absolutely fantastic - they arrived on time (actually 10 minutes before!) and were very efficient in packing all our furniture. The job was estimated to take 5 hours and it took around that time, so no surprises with the cost at the end. The guys were absolutely lovely and wonderful to work with. They made the move an absolute breeze. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone!
