Elise is a true visionary in helping women reclaim their feminine energy and power. I was drawn to working with her because I felt imbalanced and out of touch with my femininity. I felt something was missing in my relationship with my husband and that it was up to me to release my blocks that stop me from allowing love in and feeling the beauty and joy of my feminine flow. In working with Elise, she has helped me release old traumas and patterns that I have walled myself with in order to feel safe. But she so aptly showed me that my walled safety was actually keeping me very unsafe and the price was very high to hold onto this old pattern. I am now falling in love again with the joy of feeling feminine, and the calm, centered flow that happens when I get out of my head and into my body's wisdom. Elise has been a godsend and I am grateful I choose to work with her.. It is thrilling to discover what pleasure my feminine energy can create in all areas of my life. Elise has been just what my life needed the last several months! A teacher, coach and student of personal development and growth myself, I needed a coach who would push me into the areas I couldn't get myself into on my own and Elise has been just that - in the most carrying and supportive way possible. The tools and exercises she uses to help release stuck beliefs and energy do an excellent job of bypassing the conscious mental system and integrating the unconscious in an effective and gentle way. Every session is a little different and the variety of tools and approaches she pulls out of her back pocket keeps sessions fresh and when new things come up, she has the most effective approach to support you with. We started with addressing stuck energy in my feminine and relationship and have moved onto expanding my career; it's all been related and, I've appreciated the ease with which we've moved and morphed through the areas needing support. Elise, will help turn your life around in such a short time. She helps you find the switch in the dark room and make you realize that your own thoughts about any problem can be changed in such a short time and make you wonder why you didn't see the solution in the first place! Elise is a pleasure to talk to and work with. A real gem!

I feel 50% calmer than I did before I began working with Elise. I believe part of it is that she has helped me identify stressors and find ways to release them. I also started facing some core wounds I have continually pushed down because I was afraid to face them and honestly did not know how to do so in a healthy way. I am less triggered and reactive around other people and feel more validated by myself that I am worthy of love and respect. I feel I can be open, honest and vulnerable without being judged, belittled, dismissed or talked to like I'm a clinical lab rat. I feel that I can be me and she is accepting of that. I have learned so much by working with Elise. It all has helped me understand myself better. I also like the healing that is done on the calls. She integrates many tools into one call and I am so very thankful! I want to work with her everyday. Elise is brilliant, down to earth and so easy to talk to.

Before beginning Elise's coaching I was really frustrated with my husband that he wasn’t helping me enough at home. I felt he was no longer there for me even when he was physically there at home. I couldn’t feel his love for me and I wasn’t able to share my true feelings to him because when I did, I often felt like he couldn’t understand me as my feelings got denied or he just checked out emotionally from me especially when I shared the hard feelings ... so I wasn’t getting the love and fulfilment I desire deep down inside of me, and I didn’t know what else to do to make things better....and to not repeat the same conflicts over and over again. So many times during conflicts, I felt like I can’t do this relationship thing anymore, I have to leave because it was too painful. Since beginning Elise's coaching I now feel so much more happier and that I got this, I finally understand how for years I was doing it all wrong, we were doing it all wrong, we were stuck in power struggle and we didn’t have the knowledge and the skills to move beyond it.... and this new level of awareness....gives me new hope in my relationship. I feel like I can breathe again. I also feel so much lighter and that I can be myself, and that I am already love. Physically I sleep better and I have more energy (because I am not focusing on all the “bad” things in the relationship). I’m taking time for myself as I realize that is really important when I am being myself and knowing how to do things to make myself happy - rather than expecting my husband to make me happy. I feel a new sense of self-love, I can see the bright side in life and that makes me feel excited about the future. What I like the most about Elise's coaching is that she totally understands where I am at and knows what to do to help me move forward. If I had to describe Elise's coaching in a single word or phrase it would be: "phenomenal". Thank you so much Elise! Overall I feel a lot more in control of my life in the areas of intimate relationships, business and my health. I have more flow, relief and ease in taking responsibility for making them successful. In the area of my health I undertook a 21 day detox with Elise. Safely and enjoyably I lost almost 10kg of weight without feeling deprived. I have continued to overhaul my diet and attitude to food since and I now have a routine I enjoy and stick to. To have achieved this is a huge relief. I am attracting more opportunities in business and certainly in interest from the opposite sex. Since beginning Elise's coaching I now have a sense of relief and I am more confident and relaxed in knowing how to navigate the areas of my life that had previously been a battle. Elise is incredibly invested and caring in her clients and is always proactive. She displays a wisdom beyond her years that has come from being in the trenches and having been through a huge amount of healing in her own life. The quality of the best coaches out there. The best Life Coach I have ever had and I am a Therapist myself and worked with many different Therapists/Coaches over the years. Elise was my Coach for a year. My focus was reconnecting with my feminine energy so I could attract the life I dreamt of. Since working with Elise my life changed dramatically. I am now a magnet to my desires and the life I always wanted. Even though my focus was not my business the work I have done with Elise's help resulted in me attracting my ideal clients and my business growing without me putting any effort into marketing. Elise is a beautiful person and did a lot of healing work herself and I was motivated by her results and what she achieved in her own personal life.
