I've been to this salon many times both as a hair model and a regular client. I have found no difference in service whether I am paying full price or having my hair done for minimal cost as a model. The staff are always lovely, provide drinks- including coffees (made on an espresso machine, skim milk available) and juices and snacks.
The salon keep records of what you have done to your hair each time so they can get the colour right the next time.

I have been to Newtown Thai and Newtown Thai 2 many times. I had always had great experiences, the food was always freshly cooked and delicious. The last time I went there I was horrified when I saw a server pick up a pair of tongs that had fallen on the (very dirty) floor and put them back into the sprouts! Yuck!

I had my puppy groomed for the first time at For Dog's Sake. They were great, very friendly and my puppy loves going there. They use a dog shampoo from France which smells amazing- and the dog smells fresh for so much longer than any other shampoo.

They always run on time and call me when my puppy is ready to be collected.

I recently bought a pair of Tunebuds earphones to go with my Ipod. After 7 weeks one of the earphones stopped working. I sent an email to customer service and let them know that I wasnt happy with their product. Within 36 hours I had an email back saying that as they were based in the USA their replacement policy was a little different for international customers. All I had to do was take a photo of the faulty product destroyed and a photo of my receipt and they sent me a new pair of earphones......brilliant service and so easy to get the replacement product

I went to Limoncello on a date (based on the recommendation from a friend) and it was a pleasant but not stand out experience. The menu has plenty of variety- lots of pastas and gormet pizzas. My date and I both had pasta and it was ok but nothing special. The service was satisfactory but again nothing notable, the waiter was pleasant but did not do anything to make the service exceptional. Our food took quite awhile to arrive as the kitchen seemed to be handled a large number of take away orders for pizza.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, the bathrooms in particular. There are fresh flowers, candles and lovely soaps and lotions.

Sapore is a restuarant in the Italian Forum. They have fantastic food and good ambience. I went there on a date and it was a great atmosphere but would also be good for large groups ort families. It has indoor and outdoor seating (heated in winter) The servings are generous and the prices fantastic. My date and I had bread with olive oil for entree, pasta as a main dish, cannoli for dessert and a jug of soft drink at the table- all for $60.

I transferred the care of my 2 dogs to this practice when I moved back into the area. They are great, very kind and caring, easy to get an appointment as it is a big practice and there are many vets. They are also availble 24 hours a day with their emergency service. When I had one of my dogs desexed I was very nervous. The vet was so lovely and called to let me know my puppy had come through the surgery fine and the time that he could be picked up.

Dr Hargreaves is a hand and wrist surgeon. I suffered a broken wrist last year and needed surgery to fix cartilage damage. Dr Hargreaves was fantastic. From the first time I saw him he made every effort to put me at ease, explained the procedure and possible complications in detail and made options very clear to me.

he has a fantastic bed side manner and is very down to earth. He also fitted me in for a follow up consultation on very short notice when I had a minor complication post surgery. My wrist is now fully healed and as good as new.

The girls at Splish Splash are lovely. They dote over my dogs, are so careful with them and do such a lovely job of clipping them. It was no trouble for them to make sure my 2 dogs were put in the same cage after their clip (as one is very timid and doesn't like to be alone). Their prices are absolutely amazing too.

I wanted to change my credit card to a gold card as it came with complimentary travel insurance. I needed this done quickly so that I could pay for an upcoming trip on the new card (which is required to get the insurance). St George's customer service phone centre were so helpful, they put in a request to get the new card processed urgently then expressed posted it to my closest branch and even called me to tell me it had arrived and could be picked up. All done at no cost to me. I was so impressed.
