I was in a flap! I had broken the top off my kitchen sink swivel tap and was panicking what to do. Of course call SS and P. As usual they were fast efficient and courteous and in no time the Tap was replaced and I had water over the sink again. They were there in just over an hour. Nice work guys! And it didn't break the bank in costs either!

This is the 3rd time I think that Darren has done work for us and gave very prompt attention once more, and was neat and cleaned up any mess. He replaced toilet washers, and serviced our gas heater and made a coupled of adjustments of various items within his sphere.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Daniel who was so patient and explained what he was doing so I could understand, and being a 'mature aged' pc user changes are not always easy. Daniel communicated every step along the ordering process, and in his advice on the best choices available for my particular needs. He let me know when the hardware etc was available and when he was on his way. Rare these days!

Darren and his team installed our rainwater tank and were very professional and efficient in everything they did. They were pleasant, punctual and very reasonably priced, which is important to us as pensioners. Better still they didn't leave any mess and we have been very pleased with the results. Darren has also done several other small jobs for us, like adjusting our gas hot water service, changing a washer on our shower head, and also replacing a valve on the toilet cistern, and even these minor jobs were given the same thorough attention to detail and again were not expensive. Nothing seems too much bother. We would be very happy to have him and his team back again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
