Brilliant staff and owners. The food is of excellent quality and well cooked. I love taking family and friends here as it has a wonderful family atmosphere.

Waiting time is dreadful. I have waited well over 6 hours for an appointment. You feel rushed when you finally get to see a doctor and don't feel like you are getting your money's worth.
Definitely not a place for children to be patient.

I can find ratings for places I want to try out. I can get an idea of how good or bad they are and then decide from there. It makes a difference to be able to see what customers think about a business

I have bought a few things for my vivariums there and find them to be cheaper for some of the items than other places

I went to look at their reptiles and found them to be below average for quality, rather unhealthy looking. Very overpriced for snakes and lizards in comparison to other places.

I went in to see what they had as I want to get another snake. I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
The enclosures are clean and the reptiles are very healthy. The prices compare to elsewhere.

These guys can't be beaten for service and parts. They stock remote control 1/5 scale cars and parts, even do repairs for you if you are unsure. They can do internet orders and will mail spares out to you if you can't get to the shop. I recommend them over many of the other R/C shops

Awesome vet clinic. My kitten had a reaction to hi vaccinations and became quite ill, we rushed him here and they took such great care of him. I would recommend them in any emergency. The care is unsurpassed and people manner is fantastic.

These guys are awesome. Arrive on time and give great service every time. The call centre is very knowledgeable and give great advice on the services available. I will recommend them to anyone and will use them again

excellent, caring and loving with the animals. I won't go anywhere else now. I first went last year with my very sick puppy, they helped so much and now he's 79kg sooky giant. Thanks to them he is healthy, happy and our best friend
