Take away is the special treat for the family, it used to be a Mc Donalds, HJ or KFC. Now the family asks for FAT Chicken at Dernancourt.. THE best chips around and their chicken burger destroys any other take away meal around. If you haven't tried it give it a go.

Rainwise South Australia / Summertime Pools

I am writing this to acknowledge the recent experience we had when searching for an in-ground pool. After several years of research and discussions with pool owners we contacted Rainwise SA (SA agent for Summertime Pools and SA SPASA member) along with others, to discuss the possible purchase of an in-ground fibreglass pool for our family. From our initial phone contact with the Pool Sales Manager Ross Starky, we made an appointment time where he was flexible to our hectic schedule. From that first appointment with Ross my wife and I were made to feel very comfortable and important and further informed as to what Pool would best suit our needs, Pool options that suited our requirements and most importantly a budget we could work to. We had several other appointments with other pool suppliers / manufacturers and kept finding ourselves coming back to Summertime Pools. After several more calls and further questions with Ross we confirmed the 7 meter Shimmer Blue Star Corbree from Summertime was our choice of Pool. On our second appointment, Ross again took the time to finalize all the details, clearly explain our choices made and importantly the rights of the contract and warrantees. We then had contact with Mark who came to explain the working processes that would take place, time schedules, final options and further questions we had. True to their word the installation process followed as they described (even with some late changes from me), we were kept informed every step of the way, in fact the pool was ready ahead of schedule and we took the option to install it early. The whole team from Ross, Mark, excavators Andy and his team Jason and Porky, Contractors Gary and his amazing team of Scott and Brett who's attention to install detail was superb, the pool delivery driver, coping installers and finally the solar installer Steve kept us up to date and informed each and every step of the way. In fact they all were approachable and willing to answer any question my wife and I had at anytime giving our family total confidence in the decision we made. The pool was cleaned and handed over ahead of schedule and we were able to enjoy our investment in the last few weeks of warm weather. As first time pool owners we continue to have questions and continue to receive ongoing support from Tim at Rainwise Clearview and even the rare calls and messages to Ross outside of normal hours (NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE).
We have NO hesitation in recommending Rainwise SA / Summertime Pools and the entire team to anyone looking for a totally professional installation, that old fashion customer service rarely seen today and a great fun investment to your property. It was a positive experience from the initial phone call to handover and the ongoing support we receive. Our family can't wait for the next summer seasons ahead.
