Recently purchased 2. One as a spare the other to replace the existing lever as it is about to split open where it is screwed onto the hose connector. There were issues with freight costs for small items and incorrect shipping details, (shipping details my fault) but the response from customer service was prompt and the issues were sorted out quickly, even in the end being sent no charge.
