I had a work dinner at this restaurant and the staff were all great, helpful and accomodating. I was on crutches at the time so all the staff points out to me where the steps were and the easiest way to get to bathrooms etc.
The meals were great (and they were quick to modify mine when I mentioned I am lactose intolerant).
All positive feedback from workmates as well.
We had dinner and drinks at this Surf Club and it was a great feed.
The staff were very accomodating to me being lactose free and even organised a lactose free dessert for me when normally I just go without.
The views from outside were beautiful looking down at the water.
All feedback from others about the meals and venue were positive as well.
If only I lived closer to such a great venue
The food here is something different and great quality.
They have a wide range of drinks including many different German biers which you can get in 1L steins.
None of the items are "cheap" but they are all good quality, so it ends up being a great night out but you will pay for it (but it isn't too expensive compared to some other restaurants)
Worth going to one of the restaurants to see what its all about - you'll then know if its your scene or not.
My friends and I quite like the atmosphere here. will go again
This is one of the best value driving ranges I've found around.
A bucket of balls which is pretty big is quite cheap, the range is pretty basic but what more do you need to hit a few balls.
Don't park near the net as you can cop a stray ball or 2 if the bloke next to you isn't very good - it isn't hard to get it over the nets.
It's usually nice and quiet there so you can focus on what you're doing, and location isn't too bad either.
No complaints, will go again myself.
From what I've seen this is the best casino in Aus.
I am a casino lover (and surprisingly not a massive gambler - I just love the atmosphere)
Crown has a great layout and a massive range of tables and games. Plenty of poker machines as well. Great fun if you want either a few drinks or if you're a gambler looking for a few games.
Everytime I go to Melbourne my friends and I make a point of going to Crown at least one night (and usually end up there after dinner on the other nights as it's open so late)
Good food courts inside as well and a wide range of food and drink.
Great fun for a night out but it will make a dent in the bank account.
I was dragged into this store by a mate who is a massive comic book fan. Once I made it inside the door, I was more excited than he was as I saw an entire store of those childhood memories I had pretty much forgotten existed. All my old favourite shows and comics and toys they had - even the stuff I never thought I would see again. MASSIVE RANGE OF MEMORABILIA
If you are looking for a gift or a collector this store looks amazing - but the pricing is a bit steep though in my opinion (not exactly a guru on the stuff though)
Staff didn't leave their counters to offer assistance but admittedly they had a steady stream of customers to serve without leaving their posts.
I stayed here a year ago for a work conference and I have nothing but great feedback on this place.
As part of the conference we were having lunches and morning/afternoon tea onsite and I have to say that all meals and facilities I had were definitely above par.
The customer service from the staff was well above the bar most hotels have set. Cassie was great and went out of her way to make sure I was looked after (I am lactose intolerant and have to avoid certain foods) and I was surprised to see that during morning the breaks they even had lactose free milk and sweets out with my name on them when the standard sweets I could not have. For every meal they made sure I knew what I could and could not eat.
As it was a work trip I can't comment on the pricing, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for both personal or for corporate events. The location is splendid as well.
A year on now and I still remember the facilities and the great staff clearly, job well done Peppers Craigieburn!! Definitely recommend!
I have nothing but great experiences with this store from the many times I have stopped in on the way home from work.
Currently, I have a broken leg and I stopped in to this store about a week ago.
While looking around and considering my options the bloke at the counter offered me some help.
In the end he offered to go into the cool room and find the beer I was after and then was even nice enough to carry it out to my car and put it inside for me - luckily someone was at home to help me get it in from the car!
This is one of those smaller stores that still offer some help and advice if you need it. They often have great deals across the range as well.
I much prefer to shop here than the stores which are so big that no one seems to know whats going on. These guys are on top of everything!
Highly recommended.
Have played Aqua Golf here on many occasions and it always ends up being a fun time. $7 per bucket (from memory) is a bit steep in my eyes considering the clubs etc you get to use, but if you get any of the 2 for 1 vouchers it becomes good value. I keep the vouchers in my wallet in case I get bored and head up.
Have had fun times here either on my own or with groups of friends. Good fun for all ages as well (and you don't need to be good at golf)
I managed to get the ball in one of the nets and won some cash once when I was freshly turned 18 and had no idea how to play golf. Now that I play golf I can't even replicate that!
Not bad if you want to do something different and its open late which is great!
Good fun times and if you hit the signs its good value.
When I played here it was on a deal through Scoopon and my friend and I had a blast. I've given 4 stars for value for the coupon deal, however not quite sure on the individual pricing for games and hire etc.
We played midweek and it was pretty quiet at the course, so we weren't rushed which was good.
The course is laid out well and we had a good day out there. The Cart worked well and we had no complaints with that. Hire clubs were a little bit of a mismatched set but you can't really expect too much for hire clubs I suppose (all the good clubs get stolen from the hire sets) - my friend was a left hander and they had hire clubs for him as well which was good.
Had a beer in the clubhouse (which is more like a temp building), it ticked all the boxes but wasn't the nicest place I've ever been - however I think I heard that the old clubhouse burned down so I won't hold that against them as they had a full functioning TAB etc set up in the facility.
Had a good day, enjoyed the course and the staff were all nice and helpful enough. Would recommend the course to friends.
