The first impression was of friendliness. We were shown to our table and given an appetiser and water within minutes. The attentiveness of the staff continued through the evening. Althought the restaurant was full we never waited more than a minute or two between courses. And the food itself was absolutely delicious. So fresh and obviously hand made.
In the culinary desert which is Traralgon, Neilsons is a true oasis. The prawn souvlaki sounds wierd, but is in fact fresh and flavourful. The prawns were cooked perfectly. So tender!
