Sadly I cannot agree, My mother needed her phone repaired under warranty and the staff member was supposed to transfer over the phones content and save it, but when she got the phone back this had not been done. The staff and the manager could not offer anything more than I'm sorry.. but really it's not good enough, words are cheap...!! Again Telstra feel they are big and tough and do not need to care about their customers. The community need to vote with their $, use another company, simple..!!

Simple, easy... and fine. Only issues are if something goes wrong then customer service get to be somewhat a challenge. Sales staff not always easy to deal with and cannot think outside the circle, obviously following a script. Maybe staff need to relax and listen to the customer and remember who is paying their wages. Once you escalate the issue things normally get resolved, but you should not need to do that.
