Good for a late lunch turned happy-hour style drinks, this place is sure to please the hipsters (though, the true hipsters have been onto this little gem for years ;D). Staff are friendly enough, though one bad experience with a snobby barman who declared to a friend that they "do not sell pots... You'll have to make do with a can, I guess" put me off for a bit. But it is still one of my favourite haunts, and the last couple of years I have been known to spend more than night in a row curled up in a corner, a good glass of wine, pasta of the week and a book in the homey surroundings that are Sister Bella's quirky furnishings. I hope it stays for a while yet, facing a different fate to it's sister St Jeromes.

Amazingly fresh sandwiches and coffee which beats most local competitor's prices, Bite is one of my favourite little cafes in the QV complex (and area, in fact). I love a good egg sandwich, and that's what they provide: the simple. No overly fancy stuff, just providing for what your average person wants in their lunch hour, with minimal fuss nor time wasted waiting for food to be prepared. I dislike that I have to pay $7.00 plus for a sandwich at times, but there are cheaper options. No fuss, amazing. :)

I had a toothache, and as a local dentist I had not previously tried I went in on an emergency basis. They squeezed me in and were very friendly. I didn't get exactly the same service I would at my normal dentist, who knows me better I suppose, but I was treated very well and they did the very best they could given the circumstances.

Very friendly staff, mostly clean store and prices as you'd expect from a coffee franchise such as this. Good atmosphere, wireless internet available and plenty of places to sit and plug my laptop in, and staff were more than happy to turn down the music a little at my request for a place where I could study. A good alternative to the nearby state library.

This review is for Zest Wraps (QV Building), Melbourne VIC

Fantastic customer service, the friendly staff are always providing your wrap with a smile, and happy to help you with whatever you require. The wraps are healthy and proud of it, with nutrition information displayed both on the menus themselves and with a leaflet prominently placed on the front counter. And not only are the wraps fresh and healthy, they taste fantastic as well! Reasonably priced, but for students such as myself I wouldn't be able to afford it every day for lunch. Definitely one of my favourites.
