Very friendly service and excellent communication from Lee. Very thorough job with the best outcome on my carpets. I have used a number of other companies over the years, but this was by far the best. Lee managed to remove some stubborn stains that other companies couldn't manage...i was considering replacing carpet in one of the rooms as I had given up on removing the stains but now I don't have to. So pleased! Will definitely be using A1 again and would recommend very highly. Thank you
