Not impressed. Whilst the windows they cleaned were done well, they missed windows and didn't tell me they needed my assistance until after they packed their gear up. They didn't confirm my appointment and when I rang the day before I was told they would be there between 0600 - 0700. They knew the purposes of the clean was for real estate photos. Which commenced at 0730. They didn't turn up until 0830 after I rang chasing them. I was then told they had been scheduled between 0600 - 0900 which was not true. They then over billed me. Oh they offered to come and re do the windows they missed. But given the photos had already been taken and paid for that token offer just meant more inconvenience for me to take another day off work with zero gain. Will not use again due to their very poor administration.
