I have been a menmber for many years and spend hours doing their surveys. Every month I have to chase them up for my rewards, but this month they have not sent my reward vouchers and not responding after countless emails-very diasappointing!

I applied for a redemption of $50.00 on 8/8/2020 which I have still not received and have no response from several emails I have sent to WDYT. I spend many hours doing surveys with WDYT. This is very disappointing.

Initial phone call was all god setting a time for service person. The technician serviced the door and replaced cable which was expensive but needed because of wear and tear.

Always on time, polite, professional and do a good thorough job.

I was happy with the garden maintenance and they are efficient and do a good clean up of my garden.
