Customer Service is lacking. Their awards are for Sales and Marketing - of their business, not for customer service. High fee structures and consistently making errors for which they were notified about on more than one occasion. Not responding to website issues to do with login access for documents quickly enough before AGM meeting. Misinformation provided about excess for insurance claims. Not apologising for errors of their making which were upsetting. Overcharging fees for projects they did little on.
