Darren was extremley helpful re explaining the legalities of going through a SACAT hearing for a loved one. We didnt have to pursue legaly, but understanding what was involved, and what our options were, meant that we could make informed decisions about the best way foward for our family. I would enciurage people to ask the tough questions and it certainly helps to go through it with someone like Darren.
