I don't understand the point of having a review website if only positive reviews are permitted? I wrote a review for a local take-away shop & it got retracted. People should be able to use this website to get an accurate representation of customer's views of Australian business'. But how is this possible if only positive reviews will be visible?

We used to have 2 dogs who both frequented Hot Doggie on a regular basis. Their service was exceptional. You could tell in their manner how much all the girls loved the dogs & our little furry friends always came home looking incredible! (And very festive in December with a Christmas bandanna!) The girls were always so friendly and good with our dogs that we continued to commute to Hot Doggie when we moved away from the area.

The former owners of The Fish ran a fantastic, superb quality fish-n-ship shop. Prices were what you would expect from a high end suburb, but you got what you paid for, so it was worth it. Now it has new owners & a competitive fish'n'chips shop just up the road!

I have visited Fertile Ground throughout two pregnancies now and found every practitioner I have visited, to be exceptionally professional and provide service that was second to none. Unfortunately they are rather pricey, but I have to say well worth it!

Dr Halkyard is fabulous! He is thorough, kind, friendly and explains everything to you. In addition to that, he takes images of your teeth, pausing throughout the consultation to show you on a big tv screen the condition of your teeth and to explain what he is doing visually. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Wow, these guys are great! Terribly informative, they are full of useful information and can help with your nappy needs, whatever they may be. I have bought both disposables & non-disposables from them & they have always been great. Friendly service and reasonable prices too!

A little more expensive than other facilities, but worth it for the quality. There is a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, moderate sized toddler pool, baby pool, spa, sauna, gym & creche.
We take our daughter there for swimming lessons and the teachers rival that of other pools we have tried in the area. The pool isn't over-chlorinated thankfully, so it doesn't sting your eyes underwater as much as other pools do.
The change rooms have recently been renovated and are light and spacious. And the little cafe is lovely, although service isn't terribly speedy, it's worth the wait.
The car-park is up the hill, so be sure to save some energy for the walk back to your car afterward!

I hired a car baby capsule for my daughter. They had a pleasant phone manner and were easy to deal with, however upon returning the capsule customer service face to face was somewhat lacking.
However, having said that, I would go back as they were reasonably priced and all other aspects of the service were as one should expect.

We had our gutters cleaned. Professional service & so friendly!
Full of good useful tips too. -Always a bonus!
And added bonus was the reasonable pricing!
