"They are a complete rip-off and manipulate your review to their advantage. Although their work was satisfactory, they charged me over $400 per hour for a plumber and boasted about not charging any call-out fees. With such exorbitant rates, it's understandable that they don't need to charge a call-out fee. On top of that, they even insulted me when I refused to accept their discount offer in exchange for removing my negative review. I can only imagine how many other negative reviews have been removed by them through similar bullying tactics."
