Rob has been fantastic with the installation of a complex ducted air conditioning unit in our new home. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail has been such a relief to us. With some extensive copper piping to install, several tests of the pressure in the pipes, and tight spaces in the roof, Rob has managed to do it all with a minimum of fuss. He even double-checked the calculations with the manufacturer and found that additional allowances were needed.
