Open late all the time is very convenient. The range is second to none in a bricks and mortar store. Staff are pretty clued in and the fact that there are search computers available for customers is a massive bonus. Some of the graphic novels are a little worse for wear because people do treat it like a library. The in-store Gloria Jeans is a nice touch as well. Prices aren't great...especially on periodicals. Always a pleasant experience though.

Majority of staff here are ok but not overly helpful. When going in to buy a PS3 I was fobbed off and made to wait so long I walked out and spent $1000 at the local EB's instead. Prices are almost always the best on DVD's, music and big end items. A mix of good and bad but the bad staff ruin it for the good ones.

Always helpful and seems genuinely trustworthy. I only see Dr Rose at this clinic and I trust him to care for children as well. The clinic is clean and conveniently, centrally located. Great Stuff!

Store drones that would be better replaced by trained monkeys. Prices around 20% more than their competitors at Kmart and Target (although admittedly cheaper or on par with Myer and David Jones). Stock replenishing intermittent and generally crap. So much potential, such small exploitation of that potential.
Approximate cost: $too much
Always friendly and helpful service and savings made by refilling my toner instead of having to buy a new one. Parking can be difficult if you don't like putting money in meters.
Approximate cost: $excellent
Staff are morbidly unhappy but the prices and range can't be beat. Whenever I feel the need to write myself off horribly, Dan Murphy's Prahran are my first stop.
Approximate cost: $good
This is a decent business with most staff generally and genuinely friendly. Prices are usually not as good as Minotaur or Classic but only by a dollar or two and are much, much better than their competitors at Comics R Us down the road. A good range of figures and statues and a fairly comprehensive selection of trade paperbacks.
