The food is great but my Spanish friends and I agree it's not quite authentic and the waitstaff were not so knowledgeable. Yummy if you have the cash and dont mind how loud it is!

Approximate cost: $80

Hello

As an Early Years teacher, I really really wanted to love babyroo. I went in there open-minded and full of excitement and to be perfectly honest, found it's rather overrated and overpriced. There's nothing there to help your baby crawl that you can't do at home. The music is rather awful and boring. On top of this, I had the teacher there hassling me each time about my babies (lack of) crawling at 5/6 months. If I was not an experienced early years educator, I would have been worried about my child's development! There was a strong push towards crawling and tummy time. I understand the benefits, and I also understand the benefits of not rushing your baby to reach milestones. In the end, I was not having fun while I was there and dreading going, so we just stopped showing up. What I found unprofessional was that the teacher never emailed to ask or question where we were. Just another registration email form to see if we were signing up for next term (after missing the majority of classes).
I know, if a parent and child stopped attending my classes, I would seek the answer out. I always seek feedback. I felt it was just a show of concern for money alone. Additionally, the teacher forgot lessons/words of songs/the order; basically, it was a shambles.

Instead, I'd find free or cheap play groups in your area. ANYTHING but this activity. In saying that; the free Gymbaroo video series was quite fun to do at home.
Yes, Babyroo is NOT advertised as a playgroup. However, children learn best through play, and with the wealth of knowledge on the internet these days, better to pinterest or youtube a great developmental activity.

Really, save your money and your precious time; they're not that great. Don't believe the hype

Thanks for reading
