My husband and I wanted to replace a few windows ourselves, but not having done anything like that before we went to a few window factories for some advice. None seemed interested in helping at all, but the guy at Golden Windows' help and time spent with us was terrific. With his advice in hand we measured, ordered and replaced the windows without any major troubles. Their windows were a little more expensive but they are better quality anyway.
