They explained everything in detail that was easy to understand and at the end of the day we were given a new policy that had all the features we may need. We are now not paying for the items that we would never use and this has saved us a lot of money compared to our last policy. The chap who spoke to us was very helpful and friendly which made the decision to change so much easier, Thanks very much for getting back to us so quickly and showing us just how much we could save by making the change now.
