In September 2016 we spent $6500 for 3 BR carpeting from Webbers. Measurement and install were great and on time. Carpet looked great. Within 6 months, the carpet started bubbling up from the underlay they installed and pulling out from the kitchen join. The carpet has its own manufacturers warranty, but the install has a lifetime warranty from Webber per contract. Probably just needs tightening and renailing in two spots, but repeated phone calls went unanswered, same with emails. Eventually we were able to contact and arrange for Webbers to send over an installer to retighten the carpet. We stayed home from work for the afternoon to do so: the installer never showed, didn't call and additional calls to reschedule have not been returned.

Webbers started well, but the follow up has been terrible with little customer care after the sale, all the more so for a minor fix soon after the install.
