Franks Pizza Bar is great to go to for dinner with family and friends because it is cheap. They have a wide selection of pizzas and pasta, all very well-priced. However, the service is fairly average, and the meals often do not come out at the same time so you need to keep chasing the staff. Overall, restaurant is very family orientated, and is the prices are great value for money.

The food here at The Leaf Thai Restaurant is exceptional, I totally agree with sandie43. Every time I come here, I leave with a very satisfied tummy. The staff are friendly and the pricing is better than expected for the area. Worth checking out.

The Gala is a great little cinema in the Illawarra. The tickets are much better priced than the large cinema chains, you actually have money left to spend on candy bar treats. The girls at the Gala are very friendly and welcoming. The chairs are comfy and their 3D glasses are great.

I love going to the Harbour View Hotel, the name says it. This pub has a fantastic spot underneath the bridge with a terrific view. I agree with Clintw1976, it is a must-stop on any Rocks pub crawl. I have been coming here for years, for special luncheons and/or drinks. Chilling out on the 3rd floor balcony is very relaxing on a nice day, great place to go for drinks if want to soak up the beautiful views of Sydney Harbour. Pricing and food is on par with other Sydney pubs.

I recently came across Laluz Jewellery and it is fabulous! Laluz Jewellery specialises in unique gold and silver jewellery imported from Europe. Laluz have a large selection of exquisite earrings, pendants, bracelets and rings and each piece is amazing! Each piece is unique and has a European feel to it; I certainly have not seen anything like it at other jewellery stores. The quality is outstanding and you can see the intricate craftsmanship in each piece. Laluz Jewellery is definitely value for money.

I got carried away and bought all my Christmas gifts for females from Laluz. My friends and sisters were very excited by their new jewellery because they were so beautiful and original. I also bought myself a large number of earrings and rings, and now I eagerly await new pieces to arrive in store. The business owner Alison is a delight to deal with and is only to happy to help her customers. I would recommend anyone after a special piece of jewellery at affordable pricing to check our Laluz Jewellery, you will not be disappointed.

Opera Bar has the most spectacular view, the owners certainly found the perfect spot to situate a bar and restaurant. It is very enjoyable to meet with friends here and have a drink both after work or on the weekend. The area is spacious and if you get there early seating is not a problem. The drinks are very expensive, and the food is a tad over-priced, I think it might be the beautiful setting that you are paying extra for :-) I do feel that the venue could benefit by putting more bar staff on, considering Opera Bar is always busy, you always seem to be waiting ages to be served. Nevertheless, I still love coming here for drinks and catch-up with friends, being here makes me appreciate how beautiful Sydney is and how lucky I am to live here.

This is an amazing cake shop, I have enjoyed every single cake variety that I have tasted from Zweefers. I have bought several birthday cakes from here because everybody likes them and eats them. It is a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it when you factor in the terrific customer service and excellent quality of the cakes. Try the Toffee Praline Japonaise cake, it is a winner.

This store is fantastic, there is always something new to look at and purchase. Harbour Rose has a great selection of vintage clothing, all sorted jewellery, vintage accessories, hats, vintage decor and all-sorted decorative pieces for both the home and the individual. You never know what new and original piece you are going to find on your new visit to the store. The owner is always quite helpful.

I absolutely adore this Baby Goods store, I have bought some of my most special gifts for babies in here. Little Missy & Moo sell the most beautiful baby clothes, accessories, footwear toys and children's decor. They have a wonderful selection of brands that are not readily available in larger stores. I love just walking in to see what new items have arrived in store. If you want a baby gift that is unique and original, it is worth having a browse in Little Missy & Moo.

This pie shop is fantastic and certainly worth the pretty, scenic drive to get to it in Robertson. The shop is always crawling with people, which is testament to the quality of the pies they sell in there. They are not cheap pies, but they are made well, have plenty of filling and are full of flavour. Yummy!
