Not having a mechanic after mine retired, I found Ringwood Auto Care / Ricky on Work of Mouth. I needed the alternator on my car replaced after breaking down roadside. Ricky was very accommodating it letting me have the car towed to his factory and left there until it was repaired. Ricky told me he could repair the car the next day, and the car was up an running by the end of the day as promised, even though there is a lot of work involved in getting too the alternator in this car. Ricky's quote seemed very reasonable for the work involved and he communicated very well with me about what was happening and when the car would be ready etc. All up a very good experience and I would definitely use Ringwood Auto Care again. Con came out to quote on the same day I called him, and then worked us into his schedule on a day that suited us. Very efficient and did a great job. Will definitely get Con and his team back again to clean our windows. No probelms at all.

Service was very good from start to finish. Great communication and we are very happy with our five doors. Overall process ran to the time frame we were told at the start. Only downside was it took three visits to get the install completed to Kestrel's high standards. But I know most companies would not have bothered. Would certainly recommend to others. Thanks.
