This is another applause for Brett, unfortunately I was not around to meet Brett but my husband did. I called in Brett to come in for an exit clean and our first conversation about his services was so pleasant he did not use a business man's lingo and identified himself with our needs and budget, extremely flexible. Infact it is a pleasure and almost refreshing to meet ppl in services these days who are not about just making a quick buck by offering poor customer service skills and just a nonchalent attitude towards their job. Brett takes his work seriously and above all values his customers and we are already going to appoint him to do a task for us once we are in a position to do so. He also drove all the way from Diamond Creek to Carnegie and did not even use that as an excuse to charge us higher, that is commendable and a rarity.

I guess there always has to be a first time for a bad review. We started of pretty okay with these guys, scheduled an appointment they appeared responsive also sent us an email to confirm the date, we had our stuff ready to go so called in and requested them to come a day earlier, we agreed to a time 3 am fri that was convenient for them, no issues as that day was allocated as moving day, husband took a day off as well. I stayed at my new place while my husband stayed at the old place with the boxes, dismantled the bed, did all that was required to make it efficient. So he waited to het the show on the road, 3 am becomes 3:15 so he's thinking maybe they are stuck, the right approach would be for them to call us and inform us that they are running late instead my husband calls them at 3:30 and they are we are running late and they would be 40minutes late, when I heard this I was like are you kidding me?? Fortunately I had no mobile access as my mobile required chafing or else they would got a piece of my mind. Anyway my husband continues to wait 45 minutes later these guys still dont call. Long story short my husband calls back again only to find out that apparently their vehicle broke down and waiting for the RACV, so again the missed the concept of courtesy by calling us and explaining the situation with an apology. We did all the calls and if my husband didn't make that last call he would be spending the evening waiting on these guys. Really I was appalled and Im happy we cancelled it. The professionalism really fell through for us and I would expect a letter of apology as they did miss out on us spreading the word.

Ok when I first tried this place out I loved it the penang curry was nice and the beef stir fry was good, however they overload on the veggies especially in the fried rice and pad thai. However from a few deliveries later and one recently their quality has reduced rapidly I thought it was just slipshod cooking, the beef in the fried rice and currywas chewy and the pad thai stuck together like glue and came out as a lump on my plate, very displeased.

This is actually one of our faviurite Indian restaurants in Ormond, very authentic hyderabadi dum biryani and the appetizers like chilli chicken and chicken 65 are awesome, there is inconsistency in flavour at times but it's passable. The prices have gone up since we started coming here. Dining in is warm and casual not chaotic. I recommend the biryani and andhra chicken curry.

We ordered takeaway from here on two occassions, the person on the phone was extremely friendly and was prepared to make adjustments to our meal. Very affordable and good portions, with lots of options for value meals.
