Rachel at Boutique Lashes is 5 stars all the way. I went to Rachel after my first lash extensions experience elsewhere was less than satisfying. Rachel is a very personable friendly person who makes you feel comfortable and confident in every way about what she is doing. A true professional at her craft. My lashes are comfortable and look like I'm just naturally blessed with great lashes as opposed to looking fake and clumpy as they did in my first experience.
