Our washing machine LCD display stopped working and the machine was out of warrenty. We called and booked in a technitian who arrived a week later and after less than a minute told us it was an LCD problem hmm really!! And that he did not have the part someone would ring in 2 weeks to fix it. After numerous unreturned phone calls from fisher and paykel they offered to fix the part for free. Yet when the technitian returned he tried to charge me $300.00 and refused to put my machine back against the wall. I will not buy or reccomend fisher and paykel again

It is a little pricey but i love feeling pampered by the staff at Ella Bache. all my family know to give me gift vouchers for birthdays and christmas. It is something special i can do for myself and feel great afterwards.

We love going to the cove it is a great place to have a nice meal with the kids. The food is yummy and very reasonably priced. It is spacious and has a great spot looking over the marina. We visit the cove on a regular basis.

We have bought many things for our children from baby bunting over the years and have always been provided with quality products that stand the test of time. They have a great range and many different options it truly is a one stop shop. My only downfall is that staff are often illusive and hard to get a hold of especially on a weekend sometimes we walked around the whole shop looking for some help and were ignored continually. I will continue to shop here as there is no other store like it

We don't have family in Melbourne so when it comes to looking after my children who are 3, 6 and 9 we do not have many options. Dial An Angel have been a lifesaver when we have had a function to attend or one of my children has been unwell and cannot attend school or childcare. The office staff are always helpful and understanding and always do their best with last minute situations. We have a number of favourite Angels and they always try to get us the girls we ask for. All of their Angels have been lovely and go the extra mile with the children even tidying up the kitchen or folding washing when they really didn't need to.
I feel very confident and comforatable leaving my children with these carers and will continue to do so.
