Our carpets were in desperate need of a good clean, and Brian was kind enough to do an emergency call out for us when my dog had diarrhea on carpet after medication injection from vet. He did the most amazing job, came late after working since 7 a.m. We are so grateful to him and can't recommend him highly enough. Very professional and a perfectionist - the carpets looked so good after he had finished.
