Was very happy with Vakil's quote and knowledge about windows and time spend explaining things to me and looking at colours. I visited the showroom in Bayswater and we decided to go ahead. We got 4 windows done. Sadly, we aren't happy. Big gaps between some of the reveals and the walls (not sitting flush), found a few chips in the new hardwood, they left big glass shards on the carpet and outside was glass and nails on the driveway, and they didn't install an aluminum corner plate which I paid for. They left all the rubbish and old glass despite 'same day removal' along with their empty coffee cups on my new lawn that was just planted. Nice enough guys but unless things get fixed it's a bad review from me. I've rang the company and was told to email them with photos.

Terrible. As an interstate visitor I visited this bulk bill centre today. You can't make appointments only 'walk in'. The main problem is, the doctors pick and choose what patients they see. I saw them doing this infront of me so it doesn't go in a 'first come first see' order. I asked the reception staff on this, and while she was lovely she just gave a weak smile and was like 'yes sometimes the doctors do this'. I'd say all the time. Terrible!
