Our 23 year old bathroom needed a full renovation. We had 4 quotes in total and it was very easy to select smarterbathrooms above the others. Alan was our designer and he helped us to create a new plan which worked beautifully for what had been a very awkward and difficult shaped bathroom to renovate. One thing that was very obvious to me was that many of the other bathroom companies who came to quote for us pushed their ideas onto us and did not listen to our needs. Alan had fantastic ideas and was never pushy. He filled us with confidence and was a pleasure to work with.
Frans was our building supervisor and was incredibly meticulous with ensuring that the quality of the workmanship was of the absolute highest standard. Nothing was too much to ask and any issues that arose throughout the renovation were resolved quickly and effortlessly. Frans and Alan were always polite, friendly and fun to deal with and remained professional at all times. The build team were always prompt and professional and tidied up after themselves. We now have a beautiful and well-designed bathroom which we are absolutely thrilled with. I highly recommend smarterbathrooms to anybody who wants an exceptionally high quality bathroom renovation with minimal stress!
