While I was commuting to Brisbane to my long term hairdresser, I was increasingly frustrated that they (stylist and colorist) were not listening and still charging big $$$. Like most women, I was apprehensive about choosing a new hairdresser and received many suggestions from friends etc but I was not convinced. I did my research and found Alicia. Her extensive background and her response when I finally called her put me at ease. At my first appointment, I was able to tell Alicia what I liked and did not like about my hair and she 'got it' and then offered suggestions and a path forward. I am now getting great feedback from friends and her tips have helped me improve the condition of my hair. I really wish I had found Alicia much earlier. Highly recommend.
