Friendly staff who are always willing to help with anything you need. They patiently waited while I tried a LOT of different frames, and spent a lot of time in their shop.

Rude staff, too busy chatting with some customers, while completely ignoring others! Ordered ham off the bone, they sliced it while the plastic was still around the meat!

Terrible! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Ordered a takeaway meal deal, with 2 chicken dishes, one veg dish, naan and pappadams. Ordered a Chicken Madras, the lady didn't know what I was talking about, apparently it is pronounced "Madraaas". Arriving home, both the chicken dishes were filled with pieces of undercooked, almost raw chicken! I took the meals back, spoke to 5 different people while one man took the food away. Asked for a refund but was told to wait while the food was re-cooked. Arguing that we wouldn't eat it, and demanding a refund, they then proceeded to refund only half of our money. Even the vegetarian dish was revolting. There are much better Indian places to eat in Hoppers, don't waste your time going here.

I have been to this butcher for the past 5 years, and love everything about it! The meat is top quality, and great value for money. The different meat packs are great, and there is good variety in the meats for sale. The customer service is fantastic! Always willing to help carry food to the car, and always happy to deliver (which is very handy!) My 4 year old loves coming shopping with me, so she have a chat with the butcher! Very friendly staff who will help you if you have a special order or need help with cooking times. They also have the best chicken kievs around, and the homemade sausages are delicious.

I have been going to Lisa for the past 3 years for my waxing, and cannot fault anything about it. She is the best eyebrow-shaper I have come across. The waxing is almost pain-free, and is very thorough. The services are quite low-priced, and there are often further discounts offered on Facebook. The waxing room has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with relaxing music playing. Having tried lots of different waxing businesses in Hoppers Crossing, Werribee and Altona, this is definitely the best!
