Had my hair cut here once and it was pretty good - nothing overly amazing but definitely achieved what I wanted for a reasonably low price. Staff are nice and waiting time wasn't too bad either.
A really useful website for all things beauty-related. Their loyalty program is great (and they are always improving) which provides added incentive to contribute to an already active online community!
Not bad for a sporadic fun night out. Went here in a group of about ten and did some laser tagging - it was fun, though smaller than other places.
A new art shop that has opened up in a convenient location within Broadway. Prices beat those of Art on King's and the range is pretty great. Highly recommended and a pretty easy to get to/from via public transport.
A really cute cafe that stays open until late (about 11pm). Coffee is good; friends ordered some amazing dessert (the cheesecake looked amazing). Staff are really friendly and there were even some live musicians. We got to choose a really comfy couch at the back for seats & it was pretty packed even at 8:30pm. Would definitely go back and have heard their pizzas are really good.
A beautifully decorated place with lots to offer. The high tea we had here was stunning and presented so nicely. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Have been here on lots of different occasions - gigs, everyday drinks, theatre sports. Any time of day, it's pretty good and quite popular - great for a casual drink. Saw Toro Y Moi and Washed Out here a while back; the gig was really well done and had many more places to stand where you could see the stage.
Amazing Vietnamese cuisine served in a lovely atmosphere. Had one of their soups which was incredible, along with a pancake for the entree which was delicious. Staff are very helpful in ordering good/popular dishes.
Food here is amazing and very well-priced. Have come here for impromptu group dinners of 8+ and they are always very accommodating. Food is served in very good time and you never pay a lot for a meal. In my opinion, the quality of the food at this restaurant is better than its brother/sister one, Thai La-Ong (green sign), up the road.
The food here is great, but in my opinion is somehow not as good as the food in Thai La-Ong 2, just down the road. I always eat for under $15 here, so it's a pretty good place to check out for a cheap eat.
