“We initially started training with Create the Change for six weeks with the aim to loose some COVID weight.
We enjoy training with Travis so much, we are continuing. The tailored programs are always different and interesting. We would never have been able to achieve the results we have at the gym on our own.
We can’t recommend Travis at Create the Change PT enough!”
