I appeared at Lawrence Hypnotherapy very nervous at the thought of giving away my smoking habit after 35 years.
I am only a week down the track and i have never felt better. The take home pack has made a huge difference.
Hopefully I will not have to see Scott again however I do know that he is just a phone call away.
