been there 4 times now. every time is better. cant wait for an excuse to go again. last time my nephew had a violin problem (i knew nothing about violins), so we went there thinking they wouldnt be able to help us but by the time we left he was able to get sound out of the instrument as well as home lessons and instructions for more tuition. they assembled and even tuned and taught him how to use it. Thank you guys, was a great experience for all of us.
Iv'e been buying petrol here since discovering thier cheap prices a few years ago. even though petrol prices continue to rise, in our area i've found that these people try ever so hard to keep thier prices the lowest. The service is always smiley. besides it being convenient for me as its on my route, knowing my money isnt going to coles or woolies is sort of satisfying.
Shopping with the kids is hard enough, checking prices, budgeting out loud, now it looks like you have to make sure that the labels on coke have to be identical or it could be more expensive...give me a break..the bottles are the same size, same flavour, same shape, same brand, same shelf, and they tell me that I made the mistake of picking up the wrong one, the manager didnt care that i said i wasnt shopping there anymore...this is NOT how to keep customers !
Approximate cost: $1.89
I went in to pick up some shoes for my daughter. the lady was really helpful bringing me different sizes. then went shopping and on the way my baby picked up a lollipop.. so sticky was she we had to buy her a new top as i was unprepared. back into clever bean where the same lady not only helped me choose a good value top, she brought me tissues and helped me clean her up...THIS is how to keep customers coming back...
Approximate cost: $5 top $10 shoes
The premises are grade one. They really went all out. A kid could get lost in there..I know.. I traipsed around in the play area myself chasing my two year old..wow no wonder the children love it so much. the food is great and its really a fun dat out/in.
Approximate cost: $50 family
Every time we go there its a treat. My son always walks out happy with the deal he was given for pc and console games...they are surprisingly great with kids. always helpful. Once i needed a cable for a last minute hook-up, even though they had just closed, they let me in anyway, and we were able to watch tv that night. this is how u keep customers see !
I had some business cards printed. I got them today and they look fantastic... best of all, they were free...finally a promotion i can use! I only had to pay postage, and even that was flexible with different rates. good job.
Approximate cost: $p+h only
After shopping here for years, i kinda took them for granted.. But after comparing them to other large chains out there, i learned that the disount vouchers aren't worth it if u have to sacrifice good service..I'm staying loyal to franklins. oh, and i earn points that help pay the bill. win win
the staff are experienced and proffessional. they hold great performances two or three times a year at great venues that the children work very hard to perform for. My son takes hip hop lessons once a week and really looks forward to it. We had tried other places before...but none come close to what these people provide our children- a great atmosphere, care and attention.
Approximate cost: $9 p/lesson
they have great home style pizzas..not the generic 'plastic' pizza you get from huge chain outlets.Always great deals and discounts. the only ones for me. always polite. always ahead of the time they tell u on the phone.
Approximate cost: $30.00
