I had a 'deals\voucher' for Coco Rose Hair and Beauty and felt like they should of paid me to go there!

The deal was for 2 x colour, hair treatments, head massages, blowdry and straightening.

I had foils done, which were terrible (the regrowth look right after a colour isn't a good look!) and I had no idea that a head massage was just them washing your hair! My haircut was rushed and wonky when I left there. I really didn't want them to do any more to it!

Will never go back there again! And as it was, when I did call up to use my other voucher, they said they were busy and flat out and they had no more bookings for my voucher to be honoured even though i had paid for it!

Terrible!! Don't waste your money! It looks like it's a nice place, but it was just awful. A glorified 'old nana's' hairdresser!

Went to The Greek for a Christmas lunch and very very disappointed! At $65 a head with 20+ of us, most of us had to get some junkfood on the way home!

During our main meals, there were not condiments served with our meats. We asked for the tomato sauce that was meant to come with our meatballs, the manageress had "double check" the menu as she didn't seem to believe us that the sauce was missing. Then, they only brought one small serve! We then had to ask again to supply sauce for the other 5 main meal platters!

The food was nice, but one of each item (one slice of haloumi, one meatball, one lamb cutlet etc) is very expensive. We expected to have beverages inclusive or have Christmas decorations on the table for this amount!

When we finished lunch, spending over $2000 in total with food and wine, we were short a couple of dollars ($2-3). We were stopped and asked to finalise our bill! Not that I would ever expect to eat for free, but as we had spent so much money, I thought $2-3 dollars could of been waived.

I understand that Christmas is a busy time and yes, restaurants always amp up the price of regular meals. But this is just ridiculous! A place that once was "the place to be" for Greek food, has really changed my mind. Very disappointed that myself and everyone else here at our workplace won't be eating there again.

I ate here with my hubby and baby on Sunday. I've eaten here quite often in the past as it's conveniently not in the hustle of norwood and usually allows us to bring out dog along when dining outside.
We ordered tortellini cabornara and entree lasagna and were sooooo disappointed! The lasagna was cold in the middle and was majority bol sauce and hardly any lasagna! For $15.70 for a entree lasagna i was quite angry! When I told the waitress, she said "oh, ok, i'll heat it up for you". She took it away brought it back and it was even smaller than it was before! She even said, we didn't heat the salad for you! (like i should be thankful!)
The cabornara was nice but also is eating a jar of cream.
Very disappointed as the food here is generally really good. I don't know whether the chef was bored or not there and whether the young girl who served us even knew how to smile!
However, the gelato is nice there and they have a very wicked picnic cheesecake there!

Great grocery store! I find most of the food that I need for general chinese home cooking. Only problem i have with this place is the young people that serve you at the checkout. I interrupted the young chinese girl playing with her mobile and got nothing in return when i said hello. Actually, i don't even think she even looked at me! She didn't tell me how much it all came to on the register or didn't tell me how much change she gave me. As i said thanks and goodbye, she turned and continued playing with her phone!
Besides the crappy customer service, the food available here is great. I've frequented this place since a little girl and have found everything i ever needed to serve up a delicious meal :)

I must say that I only get my hot chips from this chicken shop! They are delicious. The food there is also good and the service is not too bad either. I found that it can be quite busy there and pre-ordering is always handy. Definitely worth getting chips and gravy from here!

Went to Kmart at Firle and found the customer service person at the checkout was very friendly. I found that a lot of the customer service people were a little older and had much better experience in handling questions. They also had more manners and better communication. Many times I've shopped there and the young "after school job" girls were really not attentive or even greeted you when.

We made a booking for 3 and were taken to a small room for dinner. The waitress was very polite but I wasn't too sure about her attire. (her skirt was so short that a few times you felt like you wanted to tell her to pull it down a little!) Probably not appropriate for family dining. The portion size for the meal was very big for mains. We used our entertainment card and it was very worthwhile. Will definitely be coming back again.

Went to return 2 rugs and get a refund or store note. We were very pleased to find that we didn't need to explain or write up a big form. It was done very quickly and the refund was placed onto a store gift voucher, all done within 2-3 minutes. The service from the service desk\refunds was quick and we didn't have to wait long at all. It was a busy day and was nicely surprised we didn't have to spend ages there.

We dined in and sat in a corner table. We were surprised with the meals as they look small but were very filling. We did order the cucumber salad but the description didn't match what we were actually served.
We've been back for take away and their deals they have on menulog are great.
