Absolutely terrible manner and much more expensive than others we compared. We went for a quote on probate and he spent a lot of time picking holes in a will that went through in the end with no issue. Then when we decided to get another quote he had his secretary advise us we owed him $357 for the time spent with him! We were just gobsmacked as there was no mention of charging and all we thought we were doing was getting him to quote. When we objected to this charge and refused payment he withheld the will and other documents until we paid him. We have contacted the Legal Conduct Commission.
