I've experienced so many issues trying to deal with the ANZ bank. They never return calls as promised, don't do transactions when promised and generally make every last transaction more difficult than it should be. My 94 year old grandmother banked only with ANZ her whole life and they did all her home loans, investments etc. When she was dying of cancer in palliative care in February 2018 they refused to send a representative to the hospital to get her signature so I (her carer and granddaughter) could transfer necessary funds for her care, instead forcing her to go to the bank in person in a wheelchair taking 2 maxicabs. The effort required caused a rapid deterioration in her health and she died 9 days later. I made a huge complaint and did not even get an apology, and had to follow up my complaint multiple times due to a lack of response. ANZ bank are the worst bank ever, go elsewhere!

I'm absolutely delighted to have found Fans On Sale! I bought a much wanted desk fan first at one then a 2nd retailer who both took my money (the fans cost $150 each) despite not having the item in stock, then told me they were now unavailable. Fans On Sale still had a few in stock and were very helpful when I rang. I bought 2 and got $10 off for my purchase with a coupon, and quite unexpectedly at checkout they came with a free desk lamp, which I see is a great modern style and colour now I've received it. Then on top of that in my order they'd enclosed not just one but two USB fans as furtehr gifts and a lovely note wishing me a happy new year! As an over 50 year old experiencing hot flushes hahaha these little presents mean a great deal to me and I'm most appreciative as I didn't even know these little fans existed, but they're so handy to plug into my mobile phone too. All products came very safely wrapped, very fast postage with tracking, and all the fans and the lamp work perfectly. Fans On Sale are awesome, I'll be recommending them to all and getting all my fan, lighting etc needs from them now. I was surprised when I saw the one star review below, but reading it the writer ends up acknowledging they reviewed the wrong store (they really should remove their review!). Thanks Fans On Sale. :)
