I've been buying fuel and convenience items here for years, and couldn't think why I haven't reviewed them before. I think it's a great petrol station, with a car wash attached. They always have good sales, discounts and services here. You can't go wrong if you stop here, and the staff are all well presented and cheerful. I've never had an issue with their fuel either. I often pick up a snack while I'm there, and they have a discounted product stand too. It's always clean here and the water can and facilities are always in pristine condition. They also make sure that the electronic price board on the road is up to date which some stations seem to be lax about.

Not long ago, they upgraded their self service checkouts and area. It was a big improvement. I often drop in on my way to other places, and can usually find what I need quite easily. I do think they should have a bit more variety in some of their fresh pizza styles though. They're good value @ $3, but only have 2 varieties. The food is always good quality and fresh. Parking can be a hassle though if you park close to Hungry Jacks side.

I just love shopping at this store! The staff are really accommodating, the store clean and welcoming, and the bakery is a delight to visit. They always have a bargain or 2 and the taste is better than may of the local bakeries. It is easy enough to park there too because they have a lot of 90 minute parking spots, and people are always coming and going. I recommend their artisan breads to everyone I know. I especially love the fact that you can use a self serve checkout if you don't want to wait in line. It's really great that you can do just about everything in one place because it's a big shopping centre with plenty of variety.

It's so much better than the old IGA that was here before. They have lots of bargains on fresh fruit and veges every day. They are cheaper than Woolies most of the time. They are open from 6am to 10pm every day! They have done a bit of renovating and I think the staff are really friendly and great. It's much cleaner than it used to be too. There are always plenty of parking spots, and they have their own entrance for the hours outside of the normal shopping centre. I always check here before I do my fresh food shopping as there is a bargain to be had most of the time. I see a lot more people shopping here too. Great way to give the big supermarkets a little competition.

I have to say that this has to be one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had in a PO. I've been here a few times, and it's never been that great but it was abysmal yesterday! I only wanted a book of stamps, and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes! The staff all seemed asleep or talkative, with each other! They didn't seem to care that there were a lot of customers. When I got to the front of the queue, the person looked at me, and then put up a sign to say they were on a break! I had another 4 minute wait and ended up leaving. Whatever happened to customer service? And a smile wouldn't hurt you either! Not friendly or welcoming! There does seem to always be an issue with parking here too, as they only have a limited amount of spaces near by. I won't be rushing back here anytime soon.

What a great store for the whole family! They have everything a kid at school would need, or a businessman or even a home body! Tons of supplies at great bargain prices, and they also have furniture and electrical goods for any type of office or study. I bought two folding chairs here for $16 and they are very sturdy and made of steel instead of plastic. I also bought a USB stick and some stationery. I plan to visit every chance I get! I love a bit of good retail therapy! There are plenty of car parks, and you can even check out their specials online before you visit. I have to say that it's a great place to just browse too! The staff are young, but very pleasant.

I have to say I expected more when I heard they had built this enormous store in North Lakes. I found them lacking in customer service, because the person I spoke to didn't even know if they had the product. I looked around, and compared the value to my usual store. I am not getting anything here unless it's on sale and my store won't match the price. Very disappointing. Even hubby looked mad when we left! I did buy something, or try to! I used the self service checkout and the computer didn't recognise the barcode! Not very good in my book. They do have plenty of parking, but it doesn't make up for the service or cost.

What a pity that the staff here have become a little HO HUM. It used to be a great place for grooming bargains, but the level of customer service has declined recently. I wanted a more nourishing shampoo, and the woman there told me that it was dry because of the colour product I was using. Hello..... I don't colour my hair!!!!! When I told her she walked into the back and left me there. Not good service, and I'm not going back!!!!! I know parking is easy, and there are lots of other shops, but I will be avoiding this one from now on.

I just love Tuesdays now! They have a variety of family deals on where you get 9 pieces of chicken and 2 large sides for $15. It's our fortnightly treat! It's always hot and fresh, and is great value. I can't make it from scratch for that price. There is plenty of parking and you never have to wait long either. It's always clean inside the restaurant too. But, if you prefer to sit outside, they have a couple of tables there too. I prefer to take mine home.

A little expensive for a treat, but once in a while it's worth it. I had some different scoops of ice cream in a bowl, and it was delicious! I'm not sure that $3.50 a scoop is that great though. I'm pretty sure they had more than 30 varieties of ice cream, which makes it hard to choose. But, I perservered! It was creamy, high quality, and was a dish worth savouring. I even got some wafers and choc bits thrown in. I recommend this place for ice cream fanatics. Parking was okay, but seating was minimal.
