I attended a two hour session in Time-Life therapy after a particular bad time at work together with suffering depression and anxiety. I felt better after this experience which went through various phases of my life and made me realize how much things were not my fault which made me feel less anxious and depressed.I could have stayed and talked all night, felt very comfortable. I was very happy with the outcome
