Amazingly helpful. Hess spent 40 mins on the phone with me (at very short notice) out of his own time to assist me in purchasing the right computer and accessories for my needs, with absolutely no gain for his business. He takes the time to explain the tech stuff in simplified terms without being condescending at all. I have been there twice with laptop issues and the team there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They suggest the best option with no concern for what profit they might make. I would highly recommend this business.
