Raymond and his team have been absolutely great to deal with. Raymond quoted the job, did what he said he would do and got the job done in the time frame he promised. It was ‘old fashioned customer service’ and it is great that this still exists! Highly recommend for anyone who needs trees removed and stump grinding done.

What a whirlwind!
From the very first point of contact, our dealings with Rainwise provided great customer service in booking a time to fit in with our busy lives. We then had a great meeting with the Sales Manager, Ross who was more than willing to answer all the questions we had for him, both in person and via email as the questions arose. My husband and I like to research everything and have a basic understanding and from this continued to ask more questions until we reached a decision to go with Rainwise. We received the itemised quote and compared to other companies. There were many positives that stood out from the start and all the quotes were similar in price. The decision to go with Rainwise was easy, they stood out because of the way they go about their business. Not at any point did we feel pressured or rushed for any decision and the installation process made sense to us. I even asked landscapers, friends their opinions on certain aspects and it was quite clear that this was the company for us. When we had everything exactly how we wanted in the quote, we signed up and felt happy with our decision. Each step was easy, the measuring up of the space we had, the final location of the swimming pool, the tasks we had to do in preparation to be ready. We were given an earlier than expected install date and decided to aim for it, We didn’t 100% think it was possible, especially to get council approval in the timeframe, but we pushed to move on kids play equipment, remove trees, pull down old structures and finally with the help of our landscaper, level the land). The Site Manager, Tim was great to deal with before we knew it, we had everything ready ahead of time, in fact we had the pool installed a day earlier! The excavation team were there when they said they were going to be there, they did exactly what they needed to and were friendly and polite! Then the pool install team took over and landed the pool on the same day with the help of a mobile crane! Wow! The kids loved being a part of it, seeing the hole get excavated, seeing the crane lift the pool in, watching the team do their work! Even though the install was done just before Easter and finished after, it happened so quickly and this whole team know their work back to front and it’s a pleasure to have met them all. We have no hesitation in recommending Rainwise to anyone and we can honestly say, we just love our pool! Bring on Summer!!

So happy! We were recommended Scott Morrison (of Morrison Paving and Landscaping), from a friend and after seeing his work first hand, we contacted him for a quote. I asked for his professional opinion on a range of topics. He was friendly, professional, easy to deal with and he provided plenty of helpful ideas to complement our ideas. My husband and I both felt he was the right guy for the job! He has transformed our backyard to ‘Wow!’ in such a short amount of time! He levelled the area, ready for the pool installation and once that was finished, got to work with Quantum Stone coping and paving and weaved his landscaping magic! Our backyard is now one that we are so proud to show off to all our friends and will enjoy for years to come! We have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his entire team to anyone.
