I recently took a computer in to be repaired and they said it would be ready in 24 hours. After calling them everyday for over a week and being told it was not ready, I asked for it back. they had not touched it all and seemed very upset that I didn't want them to do do any work on it.

When I had to travel a long distance in a hurry recently, I needed my fringe trimmed so that I could see to drive. I tried a number of hairdressers and they all wanted to charge a full trim price. This business not only offered to do it for $3.50, they also fitted me in straight away. They did an excellant job and shaped the fringe to suit the rest of my hair.

This newsagent has a sub post office and also sells other things. The staff are more friendly and helpful than would be expected for this type of business. When we had a death in the family recently we purchased 10 newspapers for the notices. The notice was incorrect and the paper was to do a reprint the next day. The staff gave us a refund on all of the papers and held another lot for us the next day. This was above the standard od service expected.

I recently went to purchase an item that was on sale and they were out of stock. Instead of saying "oh well", they went out their way to ring other stores and find the item for me. They then arranged for this item to be held for me until I could pick it up. Another time when an item was sold out, they offered me a similar item for the same price. This is a very busy store and it is nice that the staff still have time for the customers.

The store tends to gravitate towards adults and ignores children who wish to purchase something. My granddaughter stood and waited for service while adults who had only just entered the store were served before her. When I mentioned this to a staff member, I was told I should do my own shopping. My granddaughter is 13 and not a little child.

The prices and the quality of the stock is as expected from a discount store. The staff are another matter. On one occassion I had my grandson with me and he was undergoing toilet training. When I asked if he could use the tolet, I was spoken to quite rudely about taking him to the toilet before leaving home. This was after I had been in the stor for nearly an hour. By the time she had finished berating me, my grandson had wet his pants. It was very distressing for him.

I regularly do our household shopping here and It is a rare time when something is out of stock. They have quite a lot of specials on items that I buy on a regular basis, which is good for my budget. The staff are helpful and will take my groceries to the car if I am unwell.

The staff do not seem to have any personality. They are rude and seem to be completely unaware of customer service. They have a very small range of stock and do not seem to mind when their shelves are empty. When they advertise specials, they qiute often do not have the items in stock. Very disappointing shopping experience.

This a full service petrol station, which is rare these days. They go out of the way to help you when you have a problem. My car broke down and they lent me a tool that i needed to do do the repairs myself. As I am on a pension, this was a great help. Fuel prices are on a par with other petrol stations in the area.

I have used this take away store on many occasions and not just for fast food. They are also sell tobacco products. They are very helpful and will order items in for you if they do not stock what you want. The food is of the quality expected from a take away sore.
