I was with another Australian hosting company for a while and recently decided it was time for a change for a couple of reasons, pricing, tech assistance and customer care. I came across a website that promoted pretty well the last 4 Aussie owned companies and I contacted them all and it came down to 2 and the reason I chose UpTime was that John had the time and patience to answer my questions in terms that I can understand rather than using tech talk. My account was migrated over and there were no issues with loss of data, migration issues which I experienced with the last company, this was seamless and perfect and no stress. I believe if we support local business it's a win win for all.
