A great busy play centre where the kids have more interesting things to do than belt each other (as can often be the case in play centres). Adult entry includes a drink, they make a great coffee. A good place for a rainy day run around, with giant slides, jumping castle and a good amount of activities for tots too.
Always with a smile and happy to make up a new roll if they're out, this is a great little sushi bar.
We love their inari packs (at the best price I've seen in Melbourne so far).
Very accommodating, the staff are friendly and helpful.
We mostly get our takeaway from here and enjoy our meal very much, they always know our special order when we call.
An old favourite, the food here is lovely.
The staff are always happy to help and are friendly.
Excellent mushroom marsala and mango chutney, topped off with a fair price.
Great falafel, Turkish bread and baklava.
Casual takeaway style dining, but the food is very very tasty, served with a smile and the price is cheap for such great eats.
Approximate cost: $7
Always great for coffee on the go and a giggle at the straw in your latte.
No idea why the staff were in their PJs last time, but they're always friendly and the coffee's great.
Approximate cost: $6
One of my favourite cafes, the Yam is staffed with friendly people, comfortable chairs, is child friendly and full of things to read as well as a few essential vegetarian/vegan products like Nushies icecream.. yep.. essential :)
Their food is so fresh and tasty, their pasta salad is one to try and their raw chocolate cake the ultimate indulgence to share with a friend. A must try for Melbournian veggos.
Approximate cost: $14
Very impressed with this store's great service and yummy luxurious bath and body products.
Having the products labelled as vegan or not makes shopping a cinch and gift-giving really quite lovely.
Quite a cacophony of smells upon arrival instore, a sensory delight to explore and a great range to try before buying/deciding.
Approximate cost: $9
I went here last year looking for vegan easter treats and was amazed at the range. Every type of health food ever, at a price. A big price.
Great helpful, friendly staff besides (even though they'd sold out of what I wanted), great place to pick up a few essentials.
Great tasting food, a fair few vegan options (noted on the handy staff cheat sheet it seems), try the wild rice salad.
Very impressed with the Sumo Salad franchise, hope to see more around.
