I have banked with CBA all of my life although I previously had accounts with different banks in addition to CBA. I have dealt with staff over the past couple of weeks to consolidate debt and save money. I am very impressed with the service I received and am extremely happy with the interest rate. Although it took a few extra days than we expected we did take into consideration how busy they were but I feel they still needed more staff working. The only thing I can really complain about is that a message wasn't passed on to our manager as she was waiting for our call so there was also a delay there but other than that the staff I dealt with were very happy and wanted to assist.

I love Bunnings not just for the huge variety but the wonderful playground. The one at Nth Lakes is fantastic and my son loves his trips with me to bunnings as he knows he gets to play if he behaves. The staff whom I have dealt with were very knowledgeable which makes me comfortable in making my decision of what to purchase.

I've been here a number of times now and each time have found staff very friendly and helpful. The staff in the garden centre are also very knowledgeable. I love the fact that if something you buy goes on sale within a month of purchase they will price match.

I went to the Shingle Inn today for the first time ever and I loved it. The service was quick and staff were very friendly. I loved making my hot chocolate which was a different experience to other cafés. I'll definitely be back!

I have had lots of pedicures before, elsewhere but I have to say this place is my favourite. I have bought gift vouchers for friends and family and today I took my mother-in-law for her first ever pedicure (much to my surprise) she had a fantastic experience. We both had a lovely time. I love the hot stone rubdown on the legs, which is one of the reasons I keep going back.

This is our regular fish and chip shop. For hot chips and potato scallops, this is one of the best. They are nice and crunchy. There have been a few times we have been disappointed with the fish but it hasn't stopped us from going back.

I have bought a few things from here as they have always beaten the price. I bought a fridge last week and the salesman was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I don't like giving a sale to someone who doesn't know the product, which is the reason I went back to Good Guys. My family is extremely happy with our purchase and the customer service received. We will definitely be back!

The name certainly doesn't work. It should be the Sour Hungry Hippo. The girl behind the counter didn't know how to smile and it was commented between waiting customers. The chips were great but we couldn't eat the fish. It was very disappointing. Won't be going back. I should have read reviews on other sites so I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Bought a bedroom suite. Was told up to 3wks for delivery which was fine until we were advised they weren't making it anymore and we could have the one off the floor which I agreed. The tallboy didn't come off the truck as the back was falling off. The bed I didn't realise until after they left was very poorly made... we could pull off the decorative trim and there were gaps in the frame. My first call I was advised I get what I pay for, which was a shock! 2nd call I'm advised they will get a different supplier. 3wks pass and after hearing nothing I call and am advised to contact customer service as its out of their hands.customer service only found out about it that day. I'm advised its being replaced by a completely different bed, there was no picture to view and they didn't know how long it would take. Follow up phone call wasn't returned. I then receive a phone call advising it will be ready the following day. Another phone call to say they couldn't deliver in the afternoon as it was too far (20 mins up the highway). Funny because the original one was delivered in the afternoon. We received a new suite which I checked over before the delivery guys left. It was heaps better and not falling apart on the bed. A few of the drawers I have had to re nail due to the base coming away. Overall very disappointing and I won't be back.
