Robert was fantastic. He took time to carefully explain our position. Although we haven't proceeded with a loan at the moment we will be in the near future and will be getting back in contact with Robert.

The whole process was easy. We called late Friday afternoon and had someone here on the Tuesday. The technician was on time and friendly.
